What PSYCH-K® actually is
A gentle, structured process for changing subconscious beliefs — developed by Robert M. Williams in 1988 and now practised in more than fifty countries. It borrows from psychology, kinesiology and neuroscience, and in practice it looks far less exotic than that sentence suggests.
An hour, minute by minute
We talk about what you want
Not your whole history — just the thing that's in the way right now, and what you'd rather be true instead.
We find the sentence
We shape a clear, present-tense statement of the belief you want to hold, and muscle-test to see how your subconscious currently responds to it.
The balance
A quiet few minutes in a specific posture, holding the new statement in mind. Most people describe it as unremarkable while it's happening and noticeable afterwards.
Re-test, and what happens next
We check the statement again, agree one small action that gives the new belief something to stand on, and finish on time.
Questions people ask first
Do I have to talk about my past?
Only as much as you want to. We need the belief, not the biography. Many sessions never go into detail at all.
Does it work over video?
Yes. The muscle test is done with self-testing or surrogate testing, which I'll teach you in the first few minutes. Most of my clients work with me online.
How many sessions will I need?
Some people come once for one specific thing. More often a pattern has two or three beliefs holding it up, which is why I offer a three-session package.
Is this therapy?
No, and I won't present it as such. I'm a certified facilitator, not a psychologist. If what you're carrying needs clinical care I'll say so and help you find it.
What does the muscle test prove?
It's a feedback tool, not a lie detector. We use it to tell whether the new statement is being held with or without resistance, and to know when we're done.
What if I feel nothing?
That happens, and it isn't failure. Some shifts land quietly and show up a week later in a decision you'd normally have avoided.
