The terms, in plain language.
Scope of practice, payment, cancellation and privacy. Short on purpose — if anything here is unclear, ask before you book.
Scope of practice
Suzanne Madsen is a certified PSYCH-K® facilitator. Facilitation is not psychotherapy, counselling, medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and it is not a substitute for any of them.
No outcome is guaranteed. Nothing said in a session should be used as a reason to start, stop or change any medication or medical treatment — that conversation belongs with your physician.
If what you bring would be better served by clinical care, I will tell you and help you find it. You remain responsible for your own decisions and wellbeing throughout.
Payment & cancellation
Privacy & confidentiality
What you share in a session stays in the session. Notes are minimal, kept securely, and never shared without your written consent — including with an employer who has paid for the work.
The website collects only what you type into the contact form and what's needed to take a booking and payment. It is used to reply to you and to run your session, and nothing else. No data is sold, and nothing is shared with third parties beyond the booking and payment providers.
You can ask for your information at any time, and ask for it to be deleted. Confidentiality has one limit: a legal obligation to act where there is a serious risk of harm.
Trademark & credit
PSYCH-K® is a registered trademark of PSYCH-K Centre International. The process was originated by Robert M. Williams. UpsideThink is an independent practice and is not the trademark holder.
